We provide AI-powered tools that help local businesses respond to missed calls and messages, automate appointment booking, gather reviews, and centralize communications. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

When you create an account, you agree to (a) provide accurate information, (b) keep your credentials secure, and (c) be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly/annual, as selected at checkout). You may cancel anytime; access continues through your then-current paid period. Refunds aren't issued for partial periods. We may change pricing with notice.

You agree not to: (a) spam or send unauthorized communications; (b) violate laws or third-party rights; (c) probe or disrupt our systems; (d) impersonate others; or (e) misuse phone numbers or contact data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All platform content, code, and branding are the property of Elite Marketing, LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or use our marks without prior written permission.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes (for example, leads, bookings, or reviews).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your access may be revoked and data may be deleted per our retention practices.

These SMS terms apply to messages we send to users who opt in.

Program Name: LEADRig.ai SMS

Program Description (message types): account/appointment notifications, service updates, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies.

Opt-In & Consent: You consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us by submitting your phone number and opting in via our website forms, a checkbox or similar recorded consent mechanism, texting a keyword to our number, or otherwise requesting SMS communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through any method above.

Help & Support: For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact info@leadrigpro.com. Our HELP responses include our brand and a support contact as required.

Fees & Carrier Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keyword Coverage: We honor common industry opt-out keywords (for example, STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) and HELP for assistance.

We may update these Terms occasionally; the Effective Date will change when we do. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie exclusively in Vermont state or federal courts.
